"We just had Chef Dominick Costanzo prepare a wonderful three course dinner for us and our friends. Chef Dominick takes great pride and passion and he misses no detail. He came out to our home and went over different menu ideas, and asked us about our guests and any allergies etc and then from there, he completely took over. He preps some of the food and then comes to your home and takes over the kitchen in a very professional manner. The courses come out one at a time and while your entertaining, he is preparing it and the presentation and taste is out of this world. I highly recommend Chef Dominick, for a wonderful evening and especially if you are trying to impress your guests. Oh. and did I mention that he also cleans up the kitchen and leaves everything spotless!
